WRITE SSB:A book where saibhubans have penned down their stories

On the occasion of the second anniversary of the NEP 2020 ,CBSE  has announced the CBSE Budding Authors Programme in partnership with Central Square Foundation, Pratham Books ’StoryWeaver and National Book Trust. The CBSE Budding Authors Programme aims to provide students a platform to engage in different types of stories and learning to write effectively. Five (5 ) short stories are published in the CBSE portal under Budding Authors Programme.

Saibhubans experienced wonderful storytelling sessions at Bhufesto 2023

The Bhufesto is India’s biggest storytelling festival that celebrates the best storytellers from around the world and folk performers from India.

The festival director of Bhufesto 2023 was Sujit Mahaptra, the founder and Volunteer of Bakul Foundation, which has been trying to promote reading by setting up libraries, publishing children’s book and organizing storytelling events.

Cadets of Sainik school Bhubaneswar had attended the Bhufesto Bhubaneswar Storytelling festival 2023 on 14 and 15 of January. A total of 93 cadets from classes 6 to 9 have witnessed the mesmerizing performances of storytellers from different countries of world .

Cadets had immensely enjoyed the puppetarian show.Stories were narrated in English, Hindi and Odia languages.The colorful appearances of the storytellers had created a beautiful atmosphere. Everyone had been immersed in imagination and reached to a different world.Every Storytellers has a unique way to tell their stories from different land. Some of them depicted their story with pictures while others used some instruments and music to tell their tale. As an outcome our cadets also learned to express themselves in various ways
